I eat twice a day, with no snacks in between. I have lunch and dinner.”
He went on to mention that he prefers a basic diet, saying, “I consume a lot of simple foods like sprouts, grilled chicken, broccoli, and occasionally a small portion of lentils.” According to him, he follows this routine throughout the year, having this meal plan twice a day.
Reports suggest that to prepare for Pathaan, the 57-year-old actor adopted an entirely different diet. His regimen included skinless chicken, egg whites and beans.
