Rubina Dilaik Sets Fitness Goals For Mothers-To-Be, Says ‘She Is Strong, Invincible’; Watch Video

Television’s power couple Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla are expecting their first child together. After months of speculations about Rubina’s pregnancy, the actress finally announced the news on Instagram in a heartfelt post on September 16. Rubina was cruising around the US with Abhinav when she confirmed the news about her pregnancy. Now, she is back in Mumbai and is setting fitness goals for everyone.

In a video compilation shared by Rubina, the radiant mother-to-be could be seen in her gym in chic and casual outfits, setting fitness and fashion goals alike. The actress could be seen doing squats in the gym to remain fit during her pregnancy. She wrote, “She is Strong, She is invincible, who is She? ‘SHE IS YOU ‘….. and I am proud of HER❤️” She wrote in the video, “To all the women who embrace this journey with grace.”

The video has left the internet divided. While some fans lauded her for regularly exercising during her pregnancy, others cautioned people to not follow Rubina’s workout without a trainer. One person wrote, “You are strong and incredible keep working .” Another added, “You are such an inspiration! ♥️.”

Meanwhile, one person wrote, “She has a trainer by her side and she did the workout before pregnancy so it’s different for her but if you’re not used to such workouts and all please don’t just blindly start doing just because your favourite person did. Please do consult your doctor before trying these workouts.” Another added, “That’s good to do exercise during pregnancy but before doing any of these exercises pls get a consultation from your doctor.”

Rubina and Abhinav met on the sets of Choti Bahu. They tied the knot in 2018. The couple also participated in Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 14 together and quickly became one of the most loved celebrity couples in the country. Rubina even emerged as the winner of the show.
