IF you find you’re struggling to lose weight despite counting calories and restricting portion sizes, there might be another way.
After dropping 10 pounds, one TikToker shared the two rules she swears by.

In her video, Julie (@dreamlifebyjulie) shared the “two underrated changes to make to your diet so the weight melts off.”
She showed her followers an example of a filling meal that she enjoys regularly.
“I wanted to show you today’s girl lunch, it is a hake that I cooked without any oil and I put porcini powder powder on it and pink salt and onion powder,” Julie explained.
To go along with the low-calorie lean white fish, she cooked a variety of vegetables.
Julie added a small portion of Japanese pickled vegetables, which she chose for their probiotic qualities.
She also included peas and edamame “because they have the highest protein of any veggie but they also have a lot of fiber.”
To complete her dish, Julie added broccoli, green beans, and head of the wood mushrooms, which she explained are “very anti-inflammatory.”
Julie explained that the dish is a perfect example of eating in a way that “will see the weight come off in a really easy way.”
She explained: “I just want to point out that there are two ways I think that most people go wrong and if you do it right it helps a lot.
“Women especially aren’t getting enough protein so just double the amount of lean protein that you eat.”
Julie also recommended doubling the amount of vegetables that you eat every day.
“Do this and you will get results without changing anything else in your diet,” she told her viewers.
