Triprayar: A five-feet long cobra was found inside the flush tank of a bathroom in a school fitness centre in Triprayar, Thrissur. The incident took place at Government Fisheries HSS in Nattika on Wednesday.
As per reports, the snake was spotted by a fitness trainer who checked the flush tank after noticing a blockage in waterflow. Subsequently, officials from Thalikulam Animal Care Society were informed and they caught the cobra after persistent efforts.
The snake will be handed over to the Forest Department, said Shailesh and Ajith, officials of the society, who caught the snake. Meanwhile, there is concern over how the snake entered the tank.
