According to a Times of India report, Nita Ambani followed a simple diet and fitness routine to support her son Anant Ambani during his weight loss journey.
In an interaction with The Times of India, Nita Ambani revealed that her only motivation was her son’s health. Anant suffered from obesity and asthma, which required him to take a lot of steroids and therefore to support her son, she too went on a diet along with him. “A child does what his mother does, so I couldn’t be seen eating while putting him on a diet. So I went on a diet along with Anant,” she said.
