It has been a minute..months..I mean really years since I have been able to dedicate time to Your Lighter Side. I will give details about my past and current journey’s tidbits at a time as I start to rebuild the site and our community. Thanks so much for hanging in there, you da best!!

I am sure we have all heard the phrased, “better together.” I happen to be a fan of Jack Johnson and he sings a beautiful song titled that and really expresses what that means well. I want to rebuild and connect with y’all, let’s be better together! Healthy food, fitness, tips, parenthood, relationships, etc.. so many ways to learn and lift each other up along the way 🙂
