Representatives from the California Division of Justice jailed the male on Jan. 25 at his residence in the Los Angeles residential area of Azusa, Chief Law Officer Rob Bonta introduced.
The male was under a “psychological health-based restriction” yet was detailed in the state’s Armed Prohibited People System (APPLICATION) data source as having one gun, according to a declaration from the chief law officer’s workplace.
