Today we decided to prepare patties, but not just any patties, this time it will be a vegetarian version. Instead of meat we used a mushroom mixture, which will fill the whole kitchen with its beautiful aroma. And of course parsley, mashed potatoes and sour pickles must not be omitted when serving.
Ingredients for the patties:

Method:
Clean the onion and chop finely, as well as the mushrooms. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan and fry the onions and mushrooms in it. They will release water, sauté until the water disappears. Then add the crushed or finely chopped garlic, baby spinach and ground black pepper and salt to taste. Sauté for another 2-3 minutes, remove from the stove and allow to cool briefly. Then transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the yeast, 50 g breadcrumbs and eggs. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper and begin to shape the patties, which are then coated in the remaining breadcrumbs.
Heat the remaining 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the patties until golden brown. Now you can serve the meal. We chose mashed potatoes, sour pickles and parsley. Furthermore, it also tastes great with fresh bread and ZERO sauces.
