Fitness influencer Kayla Itsines and fiancé Jae reveal ingenious dog bed hack: ‘So easy to clean!’

Fitness influencer Kayla Itsines and her fiancé Jae Woodroffe revealed their ingenious dog bed hack on Monday which could save people hundreds of dollars.

The entrepreneur, 32, shared a video to Instagram capturing her dog Demi sleeping on a budget spring cot mattress and captioned it with some informative words.

‘Life hack, no more dog beds. Buy a cheap kids cot mattress from Target, a mattress protector and two cot covers. Use that instead,’ she began.

‘Demi loves it so much! So easy to clean, strip off and replace cot cover only.’

Itsines cost-saving hack could save dog owners big bucks as a spring cot mattress at Kmart retails for $89, while a good quality dog bed can cost over $500.

It comes amid reports Kayla is preparing to tie the knot with her fiancé Jae Woodroffe following a two-year engagement.

But fans of the multimillionaire entrepreneur may not know of the unusual circumstances in which the couple’s fairytale relationship first blossomed.

From getting together just months after leaving their respective exes, to Kayla’s subsequent falling-out with Jae’s ex-girlfriend – things weren’t always so simple.

Kayla debuted her relationship with personal trainer Jae on September 26, 2021, when the couple was spotted packing on the PDA outside a kebab shop in Adelaide.

The sighting came just a few weeks after Kayla had split from her former boyfriend, a videographer known only as ‘Mitch G’.

Earlier in September, ‘Mitch G’ had been pictured packing his personal belongings into a moving fan outside Kayla’s home, seemingly confirming their brief relationship was over.

It comes amid reports Kayla is preparing to tie the knot with her fiancé Jae Woodroffe following a two-year engagement 

Coincidentally, Jae also moved on with Kayla shortly after splitting with his long-time ex-girlfriend Lauren Belotti, who also happened to be close friends with Kayla.

Jae and Lauren are believed to have started dating in 2016, as indicated by loved-up Instagram photos posted by Lauren at the time.

Kayla and Jae debuted their romance four months later. Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting any party has ever been unfaithful.

In January 2022, Kayla finally debuted Jae on her Instagram page, uploading a photo of the pair cuddling alongside a caption describing him as her ‘best friend for years and now partner’.
