No event better represents this than the 2023 Olympia World Fitness Expo, which in 2023 will be held November 3-4 at the Orange County Convention Center in the vacation hot spot of Orlando, Florida.

Now, we’re seeing a historic evolution of the Olympia Expo right before our eyes. If you haven’t attended the event in recent years, you might not recognize it. It’s not just supplements and bodybuilding anymore, but rather an all-encompassing showcase for the strongest, fittest, most impressive athletes on the planet, a world that has spilled over into several growing health and wellness trends.

What makes the Olympia World Fitness Expo different from many of the other industry trade shows is that it doesn’t revolve around booths and exhibits. It’s now an experience, a complete immersion of fitness and sport. When you walk through those doors, it won’t look or feel like a trade show; it will feel like a competitive arena.
The Olympia has always been called the “Super Bowl of Bodybuilding,” and now it truly is. It was amazing. It was a community of healthy, fit-minded people all there not just to see new products, but to take in the events and competitions. I had no idea there were going to be so many different sports and events at the expo. It was insane!”
The sheer number of those sports and competitions is growing every year. In 2023, Olympia Expo attendees will be treated to nearly two dozen events at the convention center, all of which are included in the ticket price.
