Today we have a super simple recipe for anyone who would like to include more fish in their diet. The preparation of salmon with a honey-mustard marinade is super easy. You can have a great lunch or dinner on the table in half an hour. And it’s up to you what you serve it with. We opted for a salad, but it’s also great with rice, potatoes or crusty bread.

Method:
Wash and dry the salmon fillets and preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, finely chopped garlic and lemon zest to taste. Season the salmon with salt, black pepper and spray with olive oil. Then pour the marinade over the salmon and coat the fillets in it on all sides.
Then transfer them to a baking dish with the remaining marinade and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Once done, transfer the salmon onto a plate and serve with the washed salad and ZERO honey-mustard sauce.
