Taking to her IG handle, on October 10, 2023, Bipasha Basu shared an inspiring workout video, wherein she can be seen performing a tough exercise with proper guidance and help from her trainer. She was donning a black athleisure and looked stunning. Alongside it, she penned a long note on her post-pregnancy weight loss journey. Calling the struggle real, she also added a few words on self-love. Further, she stated that she is trying to be kind to herself. Bipasha’s caption can be read as:
“Mamma’s weight loss journey!!! The struggle is real !!! But nothing is impossible …slow and steady and in the most healthy way. I am loving myself and my body in every stage of my life… trying to be kind to myself. Reminding myself I have just given birth to another human being … it’s like a superpower on its own. Just like Bipasha, it seems her daughter, Devi is also on the way to become a fitness freak. Proof of the same was found when on October 8, 2023, Bipasha took to her IG handle and shared a picture with Devi, wherein the mother-daughter duo was seen very easily acing the plank yoga pose. Moreover, in the picture, while Bipasha looked stunning in an all-black athleisure, her princess looked cute as a button in a printed onesie. Sharing the picture, Bipasha mentioned how Devi peeks into her ‘Me time’ and penned:

After giving birth to Devi, Bipasha gained a few kilos like every newbie mother. However, netizens soon started trolling her for postpartum weight gain in the pictures and videos she shared or appeared in after delivering. But without keeping calm, when in a recent interview with News18 Showsha, Bipasha was asked about the same, she too, slammed them in a sassy way. The actress shared how she doesn’t pay any attention to such negativity around her. Then, talking about the body shaming she has received for her postpartum weight gain, Bipasha mentioned:
“I would like to tell them to please keep trolling. It’s completely fine because I’m not bothered.”
